All prices include a full Scottish breakfast and VAT at 20%.
Families welcome. When sharing a room with two adults, children under the age of 5 are free of charge; children aged under 12 are half price and children aged over 12 are charged full price.
Cancellation policy: If the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours prior to arrival, and in the event of a no show, the amount of the first night’s accommodation will be deducted from your credit card. Cancellation policy for group bookings, is one month prior to arrival, the amount of the first night’s accommodation will be deducted from you credit card.
